These may be covered with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician. If related to post-surgical care or conditions like lymphedema, chronic pain, pain related illness, or injury,  it’s often reimbursable with LMN. Contact your HSA/FSA provider to for more information. The Hidden Spa does not bill insurance. Receipts are available for every service.

Massage Therapy Services:

Swedish Relaxation Massage
Light to medium pressure with long, flowing strokes designed to relax the body, improve circulation, and ease tension.

Deep Tissue Massage
Ideal for chronic pain and muscular discomfort. Deep tissue techniques target deeper muscle layers to help with conditions such as fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, and more. Pressure is always customized to your comfort level—relief doesn’t have to mean pain.

Prenatal Massage
A gentle, nurturing massage designed for mothers in their second or third trimester. Our therapists use supportive pillows to ensure maximum comfort and safety during your session.

Hot Stone Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using warm, smooth stones and skilled hands to melt away stress and tension, leaving you feeling grounded and restored.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

This gentle massage is often recommend for post-surgical care or conditions like lymphedema, and it’s often reimbursable with LMN.
